Returns Policy

We want you to be able to buy with confidence. That is why we are happy to offer a full refund if you are not 100 per cent happy with your purchase, provided that you return it in saleable condition within 14 days of the delivery date.

You have 14 days to return your item(s) to ensure a full refund. The items need to be new, unused, in a saleable condition in its original packaging.

 

Returns we receive outside of our 14 days returns policy will only be accepted at our discretion except in the case of faulty, missing, incomplete or damaged orders.

Please return the entire contents of the product including the manufacturers’ boxes, cables, manuals etc unless otherwise directed. If possible wrap the goods in an outer package and do not write on the manufacturers packaging.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

Faulty items

If you discover an item is damaged, faulty, misdescribed or parts are missing within the first 30 calendar days of delivery you may return it and request either a full refund, a price reduction, or replacement or repair of the item. If you discover the item is damaged, faulty, misdescribed or parts are missing after 30 calendar days you may request a return and it will be at our discretion whether to accept the return or not.

How to return

Step 1:

Contact us via email at sales@adsis.co.uk or call us on 0116 216 0400 to request a returns authorisation number. We will email you a returns note with your returns authorisation number. If the item is faulty we will also send you a pre-paid returns label.

Step 2:

Pack your items and include the returns note inside.

For faulty items stick the pre-paid UPS label on the front.

If you are posting an item back to us we recommend that you use a recorded service and obtain a proof of posting certificate or receipt.
